2016 Pinot Noir Rosé - Barrel Reserve


An early saignée of Pinot Noir, slowly fermented in french oak barrels by native yeasts and then aged on lees for two years. Bone dry, elegantly pale in colour. Gentle savoury nose leads to broad peach, citrus, and white florals on the palate. Restrained, yet wonderfully crisp and textural. Only two barrels made.
