Our 2023 Riesling intrigues from the beginning, with beautiful orange blossom and honeysuckle aromas. On the palate, notes of honey, mandarin orange, ripe peach, and frangipani accompany mouthwatering hints of tropical fruit, finishing with a dash of minerality. It has 9g/L of residual sugar and excellent acidity structure, which means it begins with a touch of sweetness but finishes with a refreshing crispness. It is delicious now, but can be aged for 10+ years. Pairs well with most cuisine: seafood, fish, light salads, Thai and asian dishes. But perhaps the best pairing is simply a nice sunny day...
