Deliciously complex, simultaneously powerful yet delicate. Our Pinot Gris is made in both tanks & oak barrels, and shows a wonderful perfume of pear and melon, leading to bright citrus on the palate, and finishing with hints of chamomile and the classic ginger-like spice of Pinot Gris. Delicately off-dry (5g/L of residual sugar), so it is possible to pair it with spicy cuisine! Beautiful now and will age well for 5 or more years
