Deliciously intense and complex, full of energy yet still delicate. Our Pinot Gris is made in both tanks & oak barrels, and shows a wonderful perfume of ripe pear and honeysuckle, leading to bright citrus on the palate, and finishing with hints of melon and chamomile and the classic spice of Pinot Gris. Delicately off-dry (5g/L of residual sugar), so it is possible to pair it with spicy cuisine! Beautiful now and will age well for 5 or more years.
