Are you a patient person? These are unreleased future wines, being sold at prices that offer significant savings to the price expected at release. Please store them well, and allow them to age. Our general rule for 750ml bottles of Pinot Noir is to start opening them 3 years after the vintage date on the bottle; before that is too young. For 1500ml magnum bottles, wait 5 years after the vintage date. However, that is just a starting point: these wines are built to age well, and will improve for at least 10 years after the vintage date. Your patience will be rewarded!   

NOTE ON SHIPPING: 2023 Estate and 2024 Professors' Block Reserve are still in barrel, so if you include either in your order, we will wait to send your shipment until after they are bottled in April 2025
