The highlight of this box is a journey into what we call a "baroque" Pinot Noir: an aged bottle of Evans Pinot Noir (2012 or 2013), made in California’s warm Anderson Valley. Inspired by a recent candlelight Bach concert in our barrel hall, these mature wines are rich, complex, and dramatic.
