A four-barrel blend selected from the best regions of our vineyard.  Dark sweet cherry with cloves, cinnamon and vanilla with a hint of violets.  Fruit sweetness and supple mouthfeel envelop a firm core of soft tannins indicating that this wine will age well for at least 15 years.  Unfiltered and unfined.  Aged 18 months in French oak barrels, 50% new.
